Croc’s Sailing Centre (CSC) now offers a Boat Brokering Service at Pretoria Sailing Club (PSC).
For those wishing to sell we will, for a 10% commission once your boat is sold, offer the following services:

Inspection of your boat with a full independent inspection report on its status and necessary repairs (this will be made available to the buyer as well). |

Discussion and advice on the potential sale price. |
| 3. |
Inclusion of your boat on the CSC website. |
| 4. |
Inclusion of your boat in the CSC news section of the PSC Newsletter. |
| 5. |
Advertising of your boat at the CSC training centre to all sailors trained through CSC, which includes many people new to sailing and are looking for a boat. |
For those wishing to buy a boat will offer:

Advice on the type of boat to buy based on your individual needs. |
| 2. |
List of all boats being brokered through CSC. |
| 3. |
Independent inspection report for the boats you are interested in purchasing. |
